⚠️ Risk of Loss
All items purchased online are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to our shipping partner.
🔁 Returns, Refunds & Title
- Returns are accepted only for expired products or items beyond shelf life. In such cases, the refund will be issued minus fixed shipping charges as store credit for future purchases.
- Returns for product quality or packaging issues are considered at Futurz 4x4’s discretion after proper inspection and submission of proofs (photos/videos).
- Complaints must be sent to contact@futurz4x4.in with product details, shipment info, payment info, and supporting images/videos.
- All queries will be answered via email.
⚖️ Disputes
- Any disputes or claims relating to Futurz 4x4 products/services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
- Dispute resolution will be individual only, not class, consolidated, or representative actions.
💰 Minimum Order
- Orders of ₹5000 and above will be accepted.
- COD Limit: Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹35,000 per order; any amount above this must be prepaid.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.

Futurz 4x4 accepts:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Net Banking
- UPI
- COD
- No hidden charges – you pay the amount shown at checkout.
- If you notice unknown charges, contact contact@futurz4x4.in within 30 days.
- For payment failures, retry with correct info; refunded amounts normally return within 7 business days.
🧾 Taxes & Shipping
- GST Included: Prices include 18% or 28% GST.
- Shipping Charges Extra: Calculated based on delivery weight and location.
🔄 2-Day Return Policy (Damaged Products Only)
- Products can be returned only if damaged, and the damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

🛠️ 1-Year Brand Warranty
- Futurz 4x4 offers 1-year brand warranty for products used in vehicle customization.
- Damaged products may be replaced after providing invoice details and photos.

- Please follow RTO rules and regulations in your state.
- Orders are processed via Email, WhatsApp, SMS, or Call.
- Minimum order: Rs. 990.
- COD Limit: Rs. 35,000 per order; any amount above must be prepaid.
