❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 2 days from the date of order placement, without providing any reason.
To request a cancellation, customers must email us a clear written request including:

Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

🔁 Return Policy – 2-Day Return (Damaged Products Only)
We offer a 2-day return policy strictly for products received in damaged condition.
Any damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Damage reported after 2 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Customers are required to submit clear photos and videos showing the damage.

To qualify for a return:
The damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Products made to customer specifications or personalized orders
Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, wear & tear, or improper handling
Products reported as damaged after 2 days of delivery
Items that have been installed, altered, modified, or inseparably mixed with other products
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
Futurz 4x4 reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
💰 Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only to regular-priced products.
Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
