🚚 Futurz 4x4 – Shipping Policy
At Futurz 4x4, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
🕒 Order Processing
✅ Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed within 24 hours.
⏳ Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
📅 Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed on Monday evening.
🛠️ Special or custom products require 8–10 days for manufacturing before dispatch.
🚚 Estimated delivery time is 15–20 days, depending on product availability and location.
🏠 Shipping Address & Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are correct.
Any delays caused by incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is not available for deliveries to ODA (Out of Delivery Area) locations.
Extra shipping charges may apply for deliveries to ODA locations.
Isuzu & Hilux products are not eligible for COD.
⚠️ If your location is ODA or has high shipping charges, you will need to place the order prepaid and pay the additional shipping cost.
📦 Pre-Orders
Pre-orders for special or imported products may take up to 90 days for delivery.
Pre-orders can be cancelled within 4 working days from the order date.
Cancellation requests beyond 4 working days will not be accepted.
Once shipping details are shared with the customer, the order cannot be cancelled and must be received.

Within the City (Mumbai): 7-10 working days
Within Zone (Maharashtra): 8–10 working days
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata): 8–15 working days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities (Rest of India A & B): 8–15 working days
Special Destinations (North East, Andaman & Nicobar, J&K, Leh & Ladakh): 25–30 working days
