Shipping Policy

1. Orders placed post 6:00 pm will be processed for dispatch within 24 hours.
2. Orders placed post 6:00 pm on a Saturday will be processed for dispatch on Monday evening.
3. Shipping address, pin code & contact information should be correct and any delay in delivery due to any incorrect information would be the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Special Products are imported and hence Pre-Orders are delivered in less than 90 days.

5. Isuzu & Hilux products are not available for COD.

6. Pre-Orders can be cancelled within 4 working days. Any Cancellation on Pre-orders beyond that will not be effective. 

7. Once the Shipping details are shared with the customer the order cannot be cancelled and is to be received by the customer.

* Tier 1, 2, 3 cities - 8 to 15 Working days.
